tintin is running high fever since last two days. on monday, ojas (who had takena day off) called me around 5 to tell me that tin has more than 101 fever...he had already administered calpol liquid to him...yesterday i took a day off to be with him. by noon, tintin was burning at 102.7...despite this, he woke up around 4.30 pm and kissed me....although i coud feel that he was warm, it was not until i took his temp that i realised situation was pretty bad. i dressed up tintin and we rushed to the doc, poor thing was so jovial, kept running around the doc's chamber. and said "doctor doctor"..tintin sought a stuffed frog and peacock while the doc examined him. viral, doc said. now that he is on medication, he seems okay for a few hours but then fever happens once the medicins's effect subsides :( ...he spent the day happily clinging to me, had juice in a glass and we both sat with his drawing book .. he was glad that i was there :)) last night, i offered him gems, he slept with one in his hand!!!!! this morning, he woke up by 6 am...i realised he was running 101.7 fever!!! gave him milk and ibugesic plus. he was happy watching cartoons, holding keys....and then bumped him head on the kitchen platform as he ran to me in the kitchen... he let me rub ice on his forehead and the moment he felt better, he was at his feet again..jumping all over...i spunged him and put him to sleep before heading for work...while he got up briefly, i handed him one gems and he slept again...yesterday, i made him say ojas "mee--ta" :)
