If the baby comes out wearing a frock, she would be a girl, and if it has shorts on, he would be he!!!! we went to kolkata early this month for vacation. A TIME WELL SPENT. tintin loved tram/metro and cycle rickshaw rides and visiting places. just that he got a little anxious when he saw me being too loving to other children his age!!! :P

baba has got tintin enrolled in karate class :) he dsnt like it as much cuz he believes he loses out on his time with other kids in the neighbourhood! anyways he has learnt a few moves and should get his costume soon :) his vacation starts tuesday :) love him

i almost convince him that eating from a certain brand outlet is a "total no-no" since what it sells is junk i ask him "fine?" he says " we will still go there....i will take the toy (a freebie with the meal), u eat the junk!"

what an awful dress is this, he said, pointing at my exposed belly!!!! "it even shows your tummy!!!" he said while trying to cover my bare skin with his arms :P and u look like a BAA (grandmother)!!!! brrrr......so much after i do all the mehenat to put on a saree all by myself after Ages...thanks tintin for all the appreciation!!!! phew

havent been writing much may be finalling i am getting used to motherhood :) we went to indrora park with aadarsh and chetali i was sooo very proud of my little man for walking the entire stretch of the park without complaining to coaxing me to lift him....he is such a sweetheart and chetali remarked eventually "you are so patient with him" i love him is all i know and merely aiding him to grow up to be a lovely human being mooah to him he is indeed a blessing and i am happy i have survived to see him grow and be part of this process AMEN

had a lovely HOLI .... played with colour, water and mud :) for FOUR hours i made a pathetic cake for him and the poor thing ate it saying YUMMM!!! :( i better learn now how to make it PERFECT

he cleared his junior kg...we both went and got his assessment sheets :) he will now go to senior kg pearl :) btw, i picked up two hot wheels...one fire brigade car for him and one dhoom bike for taran..

i smiled with pride as he said B for Bank but soon i was like when he said the Bank that DHOOM robs Will aamir or katrina pls answer: my four year old wonders why kamli disrobes while dancing kamli, kamli!!!!! i said may be she felt hot!!!! he said oh okay! he is enjoying his holidays before his school reopens on 3rd april....relaxing both of us with late mornings...yawn yawn :) and lot of hugs on bed :)

I write less about him these days although he is in my thoughts always....have been doing quite a lot of movie watching and forging strong ties with him :) he did his open house very well yesterday, is enjoying his breaks before he heads for a senior class :) he told me this morning that he needs to be big enough to clean himself after poop and that senior KG is yet too small :)

watching movies with him is FUN...we watched The Lego Movie last night....intially, he could not fathom the movie but in a while, he was giggling and enjoying. he was showered with a walnut brownie and strawberry shake and he simple LOVED it:)

they asked him "which school do you go to" he replies "A very BIG school!" (It was subhi and chetali who quizzed him about his school btw) He was taught subtraction today!!! phew..got to help him with his HW tonight....GN signing off love u tintin btw, today in between work, i went home and spent 10 min with him :) he was sooo elated to see me ... the visit was worth the effort put in :)

DHOOM 3 rolls on: i tell him we gotta visit the bank to withdraw money...he says "why not rob it that's not all...he moves around with a Re 1 coin and keeps saying: "One day i am going to rob a bank" we spent saturday-sunday at bopal....i played with him at the park....some merry-go-round, swing, seesaw, and catch me if u can :) he loved every bit of it. he got hit twice yesterday...once for hitting zombie (though playfully) and then later in the evening for arguing with me...actually, he picked up ishanee's ipad from her bag when they came visiting despite me asking him not to...and when confronted in the evening, he back replied "even you handle baba's bag!!!" anwyays, later in the evening, we both went for a get together of my schoolmates...aadarsh, chetali, malay and dhananjay and the kids...he loved the day. :) mooah

he wonders if an airplane gets inside discarded fur and makes it fly!!!!

With a herd of cows on road he wonders if they are out on morning walk.

i am relieved...could get his cycle and scooter fixed...phew!

he wanted me to get him a magnifying glass...so thrilled was he to find one upon his return from school, he actually came and hugged me :) mooah

He has mastered capital and small letters. Now when i told him Gandhinagar is the CAPITAL Of gujarat, he shot back "What is the SMALL of gujarat!!!" brrrrrrrrrrrr today after he came back from school, we went to ishi's place, where i massaged baby and tintin enjoyed some chocolates showered by ish!!!

i tell him "this is a bullet train"///after a while, he asks "is there a harley davidson train too!!!" lol last night i took him to a neighbourhood fair....where he sat in merry go rounds, train and jumped on the inflated slides...and came back with a two faced car.... i told him that i have started marking on the calendar about the days he gets new toys,,,so he said "i will tear it" i said it is not a paper calendar, so he shoots back saying if it is a wooden one, i will break it!!!! he dressed up as a policeman to school today as part of their internal performance on "community helpers" he got me fix his tent on the bed this morning after school. guess i will have to squeeze myself at night in the little space that is left behind ! :)

have been dropping tintin and picking him from his school since two days now...what fun! zom babu accompanies us :) woof woof tintin enjoys these moments btw, he is supposed to dress up as a policeman for some function on 24th...got his costume from a dresswala guy. phew!

the escalator was stuck and i dreaded the idea of walking all the way up till the 10th floor...but the four-year-old who knows not fear or fatigue, held my hands and took me up there from tomorrow for the whole week, i will have to take him to school and pick him up as his van driver is getting married. i look forward to it as i get to spend some more time with my boy :) he accompanied me to office yesterday and on our way, spotted transformers merchandise at a mcdonald's outlet....coaxed me enough to take him to the neighbourhood outlet here and get his optimus prime :) i love him VERY MUCH

tintin participated in sports day @ school today. he is having fun...no school the whole week. we are almost done with his assignments (A LOT OF THEM!!!! phew) anyways, he wondered why he dnt bag any medals and wondered if i could buy him one...i told him you got to earn them. period the school however, was generous and considerate enough to hand over a pencil and an eraser set to each one of them with a packet of frooti and potato wafers :) but i think i need to buy something for him for his participation...which i would :) mooah to him he is the best thing to have happened to me in the last decade i believe....amen

tintin spent the whole of yesterday flying kites or watching others do that....was @ terrace the whole day and by noon, had completely tanned. both mommie and sonnie spent the day without bath or brushing teeth :P watching one of the kid programmes where he sees a sea horse giving birth in lots, he asked me "why did ishi aunty not produce like this!!!" LOL

he went to school today and came back with bag full of home work :) his school will be closed for the whole week due to uttarayan and sports day :) he practised "running" with baba after school on the terrace btw, he has picked up english beautifully...he tries to speak complete sentences and uses awesome word. :) which leaves me in complete awe of him. last night, he even narrated a story to me in english!!!! the other night, i was narrating him some incidents from my childhood. when i told him there was a boy and girl, he immediately jumped up and said: " the boy was ganguly and the girl was pranati :)" cute cute supah cute he is

i thought he said "CYPLOX" he actually meant flipflops :) he picked it from the tv, he told me he looks good today. had little dal last night. this morning has had apple and would now give pomegranate juice to him love him

i was summoned home from office around 4 pm. baba said tintin was crying inconsolably owing to stomach pain. when i reached, i saw him sitting on the commode and wailing. he could barely sit up or stand, me and baba rushed him to the clinic and then for sonography. that showed his small intestine and appendix were infected. pain killers did the trick although he complained again of stomach ache at 4 am!!! anyways, threw up this morning little juice he had! :( by the time i came to work, he was almost empty stomach, except for 5 grapes that i handed to him....

his holidays would finally get over...although it was marred by chicken pox --- tintin would resume school tomorrow. he seems okay with the idea :) we went to vadodara yesterday. poor boy, threw up a lot during the journey :( but he indeed was very patient with us...cute kid he is, all that he kept repeating was "bari jaabo, zombir jonno mon kharap hocche :(" and i realise he attempts talking in english....complete sentences which is kind of amazing....

I made him and baba a lovely omelete this morning...with sausages, onion, ginger and a bit of milk...and he wanted more of it although between the two of them, they had left nothing!!! :) he got his first bath since he got chicken pox,this morning. baba got neem leaves, boiled them and then i took care of the rest. he looked good. touchwood. waiting for the scabs to drop off now. his class if off to picnic on monday. unless he is good, i cant send him :( nonetheless, i will take him to baroda for a thread ceremony or bring him to work...tomorrow is an off day...hurraay :) btw, he copied "O MAA" bit from me after sneezing :) love him

he went down with baba for the first time since he fell ill with chicken pox. for 30 minutes though, to cycle. while baba was somewhere (i am not sure where) tintin called me from the watchman's handset!!! khoool. he asked me to reach home early so that we might go out to buy something for him :)) this morning, i taught him how to dial my number through the landline. and to my surprise, he called me, asking me to return home to hunt for his toy :)

pure bliss: making my seven year old fur baby eat a piece of chocolate barbecue .... and none other than my four-year-old offering him that .... we ushered in 2014 with dhoom1, besan ladoos and mutton-rice :). tintin wore new tee and track pant this morning. actually i was to give him bath this morning but then realised that his pox is yet to get cured. nevertheless, since the dress was to be worn today, made him wear it and he appreciated it :) love him for being such a cute kid. am lucky and fortunate :) mooah to him
