tintin has chicken pox since five days now....after restless night on december 25, and cooing, he wakes up to show me how mosquitoes have bitten him on his tummy. while giving him oil massage before bath, yet another boil on his right shoulder sends alarm bells ringing... in no time, i see blisters all over!!! doc just confirmed it! tintin calls it mutton pox though! because we had mutton on dec 25th, the day raju and all came over for dinner....he is confined indoors, yet being very patient with the whole thing. he cried terribly on dec 28 when all the kids in the neighbourhood celebrated new year....:( felt very bad for him and a pizza from domino's did little to soothe him:( anyways, as a bonus, i bought him krissh dvd...meanwhile, some one-liners during these four days..... Happiness: when a 4 year old realises a pencil can be sharpened both ways (this happened this morning...as i made him study :) One of those mornings when he suddenly feels like playing with one particular toy that is lying underneath hundred others. ...... 0:) Tintin is of the opinion that "sorry" is the national language of india. And so is "okay"!!!!!! 0:) While watching munnabhai mbbs he who is confined indoors owing to mutton pox, tells me Apun ko neeche jane de!!!! He sees me sipping in turmeric milk almost immediately after we finish painting a yellow sun..... And wonders if i am having the coloured water left after painting B-) I tell him mera gala toot raha hai as in sore throat.... He says ohhh so in no time it will break and i will have to find a New mom!!!!!

i get him his DHOOM3 bike and a boat as he prepares for bath. he looks at me and sayd : GOOD JOB!" brrrrrrrrrrrrr

tintin dressed up as a footballer for his annual fair...wore his messi jersey and recited five lines....about the game...there are domestic and international leagues. some famous footballers are messi, ronaldo, beckham and baichung bhutia. footballers have to wear shinpads, stockings and studs. goalkeepers require special gloves for keeping. manchester united is the most popular football team.
he did well it seems, his teacher told me. then he also recited it for me as i went there as a guest :) love him 

accompanied tintin to his school for christmas celebrations this morning. his teacher seemed to be mighty impressed with him. i observed that he is a very well behaved boy..touchwood. dsnt push or poke his classmates like some guys did....he dsnt even known offensive words unlike his peers (i realised). he loved to  get to be with a santa (a senior student from the school) ....

i will accompany tintin to school tomorrow...for christmas celebrations
i love him. it is a pleasure to be with him, see him grow up and spend time with him
yesterday, although it was sunday, i snaked out early morning for an early morning assignment. but was home by 9am and tintin was right there at the door waiting for me. he was so thrilled to see me and with the idea of getting to spend the whole day with me :) mooah to him

he cleaned himself for the first time after poop ;)
he said yucks...i asked him to hold on and he did :) and then washed himself well :) mooah to him. 

he got himself a "harley davidson" :)
i took him to the harley showroom to show him the bikes .... actually, he counted 1-100 almost perfect on our way back from bopal to bodakdev this morning and i was pretty amused and amazed. we had a deal...he had to finish counting before we would hit the main road and he did!!! so as a token of appreciation, he got the bike :) pretty nice han!! ;)

btw, he missed school..thanks to me. i overslept!!! :((((((((( zzzzz

the other day, i sent him to school on a holiday (actually, his school was closed owing to new admissions)...so when i went to fetch him, he told me "mum, thanks for coming to school to get me!!!" khoool !!!

we painted his palms on chart papers and got them framed....yooohoooo. looks very niceeee.. :)

You can change your ears, he tells me. I ask him how and he points at his water colors. I ask him which colour..., he says green.... Like Hulk 

he donned the KRISSH 3 mask last night...did his homework and even watched tv!!! just that before hitting the bed, he thought it would be wise enough to get it off him!

we spent yesterday at bopal..just me and him. and i was totally his :) he loved that although he missed tv!!!!

he got spanking last to last saturday for spoiling our new fridge. actually, he was moving around with a sarashi and attempted opening the fridge door with that .. in the process, the paint chipped off! yesterday i spotted red stains on our brand new curtain...closer inspection revealed it was blood. i realised it was him who must have aimed at the mosquito ! the moment i asked tintin who did it, he had his hand on his bums, anticipating that i would hit him. but then i asked him to check the blood stains and then explain to me what happened...he said "that mosquito was sitting there...so i hit it"...i said "well done!" amused, baba asked me to switch off the mosquito repellent and asked tintin to get on job of hitting mosquitoes...that amused him in turn :)

he has been speaking english very very well...and with lot of confidence ... honestly, he amazes me. 

tintin has surprisingly started talking to me and baba in english. he frames short sentences beautifully to our surprise. the other day he said "i want to see TV" .... so i corrected him and said "yeah, I want to watch tv". likewise, last night he said "mom, it is my eating time!!!" yeah. he calls me mom!;)

some thoughtful one liner : broken tooth kept below the pillows turn into coins..gold coins to be specific!!!!
wow, if only this were ture...i would break mine unconditionally 

 his school's reopened post diwali break and he aint too happy about it. on day one it was me who dropped him to school...till his class to be precise as he just would not wanted to be there...also went there to pick him up. love him

he accompanied me to office on sunday and then i had to drop him back mid-way through my work because he wanted to be with his friends

anyways, most of the work at our new home is almost done. couple of days more and we should shift. me and him :) although he has his apprehensions about baba and zombua, i think we will manage that bit

yesterday he and baba accompanied me to that house to fix a few things and i loved the way he moved around the house and told me " this house is nice" :) love him

we both are awaiting birth of ishi auntie's baby due on november 23rd :) tintin will be a big brother now :) amen

 

he is enjoying his holidays..unwilling to believe that he neednt wake up each morning to rush to school :) so both of us wake up pretty pretty late (say not before 9 am) everymorning
he has got lot of crackers and every evening we both enjoy that bit....he has gotten used to fireworks now although i keep an eye on him.. Dnno why but he called me "fuljhari"!!! 

i took him to circus last evening....After spending three hours @ circus i asked him what he enjoyed the most, he said playing with lightening mc queen nd sand.... In fact for most part, he was indeed soiled as he vroomed his carr between the chairs through the sand..

I told him last night we cant keep the ac on in this weather.... He says that Z not okay!!!!! as he nodded his head vigorously

After listening to me explaining certain relationships, he looks at me and says GOOD JOB!


While i rushed him through his milk he said mom, one day pls. ..... What he meant was One second plssss 

i told him this morning "so much" TV will spoil his eyes..he says "i wnt watch 'so much'"!

listening to one particular song last night, i told tintin "see what you hear are lots of violins"...promptly, he said let me show you how to play and pretended as if he were actually playing the violin (i could make out although it was dark)...and then he said he knows what a violin is because he has seen flyn the grasshopper play it in "Maya the bee"...impressive :)

tintin asked for my handset @ cambay grand as we waited for lunch....and i told him "we are here to spend quality time between us" ;) and i hugged hum tight. he responded, as if he understood

took tintin to cambay grand for a pool dip ;) and some lovely noodles. the day was made. it was his saturday treat as promised. in the evening momma and son went furnishing shopping and picked up lovely curtains. tintin picked up a superman cushion and bedsheet. back home, he thanked me for the buys and we slept on them last night only to wake up smiling this morning. i have never seen him smiling like that in the mornings soon after he wakes up. it was amazing, he woke me up nice and hugged me tight. mooah
today, he spent his morning downstairs drawing figurines with chalk with his pals....

today was tintin's maths test...must have done well am sure. thanks to baba, he understood the concept of greater than pretty well and could do all questions right when asked
tomorrow is hindi and drawing.....:)))
have bought a cracker-laden gun for him for diwali. he was after me to get it for him since last night when he saw kavisha with one....so momma has got him one. mooah
love the way he hugs me when we hit the bed. he insists that either of us MUST be over the another :) cute cute supah cute

he asked me this morning if eating healthy food will give him muscles.....

so i told him that egg will fatafat develop into muscles ... it will travel straight to his arms and give him dole-sholes and for the first time i saw him gobbling a boiled egg so happily....

 

he did his english test today. tomorrow is maths .... was home to help him study  and revise

tintin told me last night: since u go to work everyday, you must have earned enough to buy me toys!!!!

i am so worked up with so much happening at work, i dnt realise that tintin;s exams were to begin from tuesday and not monday as i thought......phew phew.....i love him...he is loving the fact that my kinetic has been repaired and we go out for a stroll or at ish's place almost every evening after i am home.....mooah

tintin's exams begins monday. he will have four papers---maths, english, hindi, gk/conversation....phew

every morning he gets up and asks me which season is this and when is winter due. he is soo excited about ish's baby that he wants santa to come early with the baby (he expects a gift too from the baby!!!)

last night, he finished his homework well in time but just as i told him that we gotta retired to bed, he raised his hand in the air (as if disapproving)...before he realised it, he got hit by me on his back...minutes later, i could see the imprint of my palm and fingers on his back :(  although i let him realise his mistake, i did apologise to him for being hard on him. love him

he has begun enjoying apples btw. :) yet another milestone

tintin missed his school on dusshera....was soo tired playing till 2 am that he could hardly get up...that said, he went school yesterday just to come back with five heavy books and homeworks :( ... last night he had visitors..sagnik came with his mom-dad and tintin had a blast... today was his off owing to bakri idd....he spent two hours in the morning finishing his homework....was out at ojas' the whole day. is back home now. mooah

WE were together since the evening of saptami till this noon (navami)....went around the pandals, enjoyed puja thoroughly...i would pick up his friends once a while and we would go and check out the goddesses ... tintin however, could not have the bhog as it was too spicy for him.....so would come back home and have toast with loads of butter and coconut water :)
this afternoon, he would not let me come to work and kept saying "durga thakur, maa ke office e jete dio na!!!" he held on to a puja programme schedule with a pic of durga as he said that... i love him a LOT and miss him as much but told him unless i work, who would get him toys, clothes, or pay the ac bills and petrol bills and he smiled :) mooah

last evening as i tried to get tintin upstairs after his garba, he almost threw tantrums and kicked his shoes! i would have slapped him but dnt and left. he followed, crying out loud...back home, i asked him if he was sorry for what he did....once he said no and then said yes....once he realised what the questions was!!!
he also narrated two stories to me while sleeping :) one was about lightening mcqueen and another on alladin! he narrated them in bangla, just the way i do! amazing!
today he went to school dressed up in kurta-jeans and stole :) must have enjoyed garba there
he has gone to rinku's birthday party....a gal who turns 3 today....

tintin accompanied me to his school on saturday morning for open house. the one-hour session involving him being grilled by his teachers in maths, english, hindi, gk, story telling, et al. tintin did WELL> his report card was full of As. His class teacher Nancy was full of praises. thankfully, she understands that he is imaginative and draws diff pics against alphabets not necessarily taught by her @ school. she said he has become naughty though :) i have no complaints about that...she said once tintin apparently complained about me, saying he once told her that i am very liberal with Taran, a neighbourhood boy, who bashes him up...tintin apparently felt that i never rebuked him for being nasty. "my mumma does not love me" is what he apparently told her! that was quite a shock for me....anyways, I have been careful since. I told tintin that he need not expect me to intervene and instead, tell those who bully him that he would report to their moms if they misbehave. that has worked ;) we are team after all
btw, the book that i wrote on tintin "the boy who taught his mum" has been approved by one of the UK publishers. they have asked for the full manuscript, which i submitted on saturday. fingers crossed. happy. very very happy. for US

tintin spent last evening at ishi's place with his aunt and uncle....called me once or twice to leave office early :) later in the evening, he was delighted to have me there although the desktop and thomas engine kept him busy...however, once we were in the car about to leave, he looked at me and said: "Maa, tumi bhalo dekhte lagcho!" i said thanks and asked him what he meant by that. so he replied: "You look beautiful" :) and blushed :) mooah to him

tintin was in a mood to paint everything....from his car, to slippers, to his hands, me and the walls two nights back
first he got blue colour on his lightening mcqueen,....realised the colour wasnt enough, so painted it black, in a while, i spotted his slippers had turned black!!! :) after some time, green was IN and his mcqueen turned green. when i asked him to clean himself up, he did but not before trying to colour the walls too!!!!
he dnt go to school on two days this week. torrential downpour ensured rain day :) so we both would wake up lazy, study WELL as in really really well....and then head to dig the garden downstairs with his plastic spade (that ishi bought for him @ goa)...one morning, i also let him enjoy the rain..but not before making him wear his rainwear and take his umbrella :)
this morning , i got up VERY VERY late and had just 5 minutes to dress my man...but he being such a sweet child, he didnt crib a bit and allowed me to dress him up...gave him biscuits and some dried snacks for lunch. love him

he was unwell, stomach infection. skipped school on Friday. had stomach pain on Thursday night, put him to sleep early. but woke up with stomach pain even as he was to go to school....i realised he had fever as well. took his stool for test (that reminds me i am yet to pick up his report ! :( ...) then took him to the doc...medications are on even today. stomach looks good. the best part is, he has taken to liking and having coconut water :) so since three days, he has had that apart from juices...lot of them :) and khichdi at nights. love him. very much.

while narrating him ramayan last night i told him ram had three brothers -- laxman, bharat and shatrughana...immediately, he shot back: did he have "gun"?? (he wondered if someone with the name shatru"ghan" actually had a gun on him!!!"

pointing at my phone bill envelope which had pictures of hen, cow and honeybee with egg, milk and honey, he told me yesterday: "maa...hen gives us egg, cow gives us milk...honeybee gives us honey!" full sentences in english....:) khoool

i asked him to take a leak by himself, he said, "I am not scared of ghosts..." i told him "you have no reason to be....you are a big boy and eat well..." it made him smile

i am happy that his bad persistent cough has reduced by itself. although two weeks of medication bother me...it dnt help that much but i relaxed since sunday and kept him of syrups. he is good now. touchwood :)

he didnt want to go to school this morning, kept saying "school javar icche hocche na" i asked him why and he said "teacher boka dayee!!" anyways, after much coaxing, i got him dressed, accompanied him to school in his school van, dropped him at the school gate, spoke to his teacher (who hinted that perhaps he had scribbled on a fellow classmate's notebook) and then walked back home :) upon his return, tintin asked me why i didnt accompany him to the classroom ... i said because i had to pee! so he said : there are toilets there and u should have stayed back :) love him. another boy rishi confirmed that tintin did scribble on a boy's notebook .... tintin reasoned because the boy in question had jumped on his bag!!!! tit for tat it seems :)

@sajit's place on saturday night :) he loves doing that...kinda ceremonial....touching the birdie to make it fly and then to press the typewriter keys :) mooah

i treated him to momoman last evening....he loved the noodles, his fav and also shared momos :) then we went to a ganesh pandal where he got himself a plastic gada (infact, an angry bird gada)!!! he almost slept with that until i asked him to keep it aside. :)

perched on the commode, he tells me : maa, i am sitting on a lotus." i ask "why-how" he says because i am krishna (vishnu)!!!

he has gotten into the habit of listening to mahabharat (krishna stories in particular every morning and evening)

he not just bathed his spiderman, but lathered it well with his dettol soap!!! :)

last evening, he asked for mixture, i gave him some. he asked for a second helping. i knew he wouldnt be able to finish that...yet, i gave only to realise that he had mixed it with water!!! i went up to him and asked him to finish it, to which he gleefully nodded. peeping from the kitchen, i could see that he was sipping from the bowl...in a matter of seconds, i realise he has vanished....only to catch him emptying the whole stuff in his toy baskets :) how cool 

he curled his hair a little over the left forehead, and tells me "look, i look like superman" i fail to understand and he gets angry, says : dont u notice the curl. even superman has it!!!!

the other day, i got a train set for him from rajkot. within two days, i see boggies uprooted from the chassis. i ask him why he did that and he replied "I have seen trains like that!!!" how clever. whatever was left of it, was actually looking like a chassis of a goods train.

tintin did well in "show and tell" this morning at school. the moment he got off the school van, he seemed elated and told me "i spoke well" :) later i realised his teacher had sent a note with five stars mentioning that he was "confident" when he spoke and used "new words" baba just wouldnt believe YUHOOO :) love him

tintin sir accompanied me at work on sunday, played and did lot of mischief with the uncles here...then wanted to take the stay pup home and even cried saying "i want a pet" to which when i said "we have zom", he said "zom is not a pet" i asked him then what is and he replied "a dog's baby is called a pet!" how simple :)
he is supposed to speak from the dais on "show and tell" about transportation. his lines are : we live in a big world, we use cars and trains to travel on land, to cross sea, we use ships, to fly, we use planes, these are modes of transportation. for a change, it was me who packed his respective toys for this assignment (often i see him sneaking in some toy in his school bag although he refrains from taking them out until he is back home). love him
he dsnt depend on me to poop....perches himself nicely on the commode. it is just when he needs to be cleaned, he calls me out. love him
 

he has cough since sunday...vomited after his sunday chicken meal :( guess was due to congestion in his lungs. missed school on monday as he could nt get up. is sleeping in the other room with baba as i work from home. have been here with him as i too dnt feel great. life is good ow :)
he enjoyed janmasthami last week, made merry with other children in the complex, just that was too fussy to play the part of krishna's friends and the idea just dnt appeal to him. :) i took him to a krishna temple too later at night to make him see the deity at close quarters :) love him

chele ta boro hoe gache...he seems to understand me perfectly. whether i am happy, sad, ecstatic, upset, he knows everything....and at times when he realises i need him, he tells me "mamma, i love you." he is so adorable.
on saturdays and sundays, he dsnt let me sleep and wakes me up as per his school timing...i.e. 7 am if not early and insists i FIGHT IT OUT with him....phew....imagine getting punched at that hour when you are barely able to keep your eyes open!!!!

When you put your card in the atm machine, it is mahatma gandhi ji who gives you money!!! what a revealation by a four year old.

 i tied ANGRY BIRD rakhis to him today :) happy. hez happy, i am happy. he expects kavisha would tie him one later in the day. so we bought a pair of lovely hairpins and a cadbury bar/

listening to one of michael buble songs "close your eyes" tintin asked me what does beauty mean...i explained...immediately, he said " ahh, so kavisha is a beauty!!" cute cute supah cute
then yesterday, he told me that kavisha would tie rakhi to him... said kavisha is my sister and i am NOT her husband!!! phew.....
tintin has become supah active....bashes me up well...very well infact, there is a session specially dedicated to all that every night before we call it a day :) love him
yesterday, he got a bashing on his bum for spilling food all over the room....he anticipated it. he had already messed up, rather emptied yet another bottle of facewash, was behaving silly with other kids at play and i was in no mood to relent....poor guy. even as i was cleaning the mess, i could hear him calling out "mummy..mummy" from the door ... i felt like opening it and hugging him but then i dnt,....later while i was helping him have him lunch, he said " dnt you know once you beat, you gotta say sorry!!!" i apologised and immediately, he made a :( face full of emotions and tried to get tears to his eyes....just in time i hugged him and set things right....sleeping on a matress in the front room helped....:) we both caught our siesta with zombie besides us :)
yesterday as zom's vet visited, tintin was right behind me checking out zombabu...earlier in the morning, i overheard him telling zom: zombie, chinta korish na..tor doctor ashbe, tui theek hoe jaabi!!!" phew...love him

went to tintin's school for mother's workshop. his teachers are fond of him i realised. he is a good boy i was made to understand but a little shy. seems like he gets uncomfortable when he is on the stage...on 14th when he was to sing hum honge kamiyaab, he was distracted!!! anyways when his teacher asked him to perform, he did that eventually.
he dressed up in kurta-pajama on 14th aug. to celebrate independence day :)

love him so much...this morning, it was he who actually woke me up else i would have missed the meeting ...ewww
anyways, tom is sunday...both mommie and sonnie gonna have LOADS of fun. love him

by the time i reached home last night, tintin was fast asleep besides baba. i picked him like baba would do to me and raju as kids and then got him to our bed :) love him
this morning, he wished me well for my birthday. went to drop him and pick up from school as his van guy was not to come...his teacher told me that he got scolded for picking up a classmate's sev-mumra which had fallen on the floor. tintin apparently cried a lot ... never mind, it is all part of growing up and i told the teacher not to bother (about him complaining to me ;)) i have bought sev-mumra for his tomorrow's tiffin. let him have his fill :)
btw, we went to alpha mall this morning to shop for meee after his school. he was tired and hungry but when he finally got his carrr, he was happy and cheerful. fed him and then came to work. he bids me goodbye from baba's computer room these days :) love him. he kept waving at my car until i went out of sight. cool he is. mooah

i went to mount abu on 2nd-3rd august WITHOUT tintin. while i left even as he slept to ensure hassle-free exit, at night, it was really sad...tintin was wailing and kept asking me to get back to him!!! both of us almost cried on the other side of the phones! love him. and even as something else bothered me, he could sense it and asked me "maa, tomar mon bhalo na?" and he asked me twice because he was very sure i was not well and was feeling miserable. although promise of toys from abu seemed to help, he wanted me to get back desperately to him. apparently, he told baba that he would not sleep and would instead, wait untill his mumma gets back home! :( love him loads. for everything. for being such a wonderful child.
despite being very exhausted, we played till late night yesterday. he was happy to have me near him and so was i. he had not slept the whole day! so both mommie and sonnie slept tight after exhausting every inch of our bodies :)
this morning, i woke up early and planted few saplings in the pots. tintin woke up, then helped me sweep the mess with a broom :) love him a lot. a lot. he has gone to sagnik's place. :) i am happy for him

i asked him what he would gift me on my birthday...he says we will go to hypercity....i say for what..says for buying a bag for you...i tell myself how thoughtful...i ask which bag? he says after a while....the mcqueen bag ;)

tintin accompanied me to office on sunday evening....he played around with my colleagues while i worked for a while.wrapped the evening with meal @mc'donald's and chicken sausages later at home..
was with him TOTALLY on saturday and sunday and loved every bit of it.

he was scratching himself since two days..i realised it was a case of worms...so administered a de-worming syrup last night...this morning, i insisted takes good breakfast...after some bites of toast-butter, he refused...i said " well dnt have it...the worms are still sitting tight in there. unless u eat and poop, they wnt come out!" it worked ;) and he finished two toasts :)
later when he came from school, i told him "hey u know u are free of worms. they died."
he said "i know..."
i said "how"
he said "i got two eyes on my butt" :) that was a comeback for a four year old whom i keep reminding that nothing is hidden from me (as i have eyes everywhere)

tintin was ecstatic to be at ish-sajit's place on sat night. he got a miniature F1 from them///that was sajit's way of initiating my baby into formula one racing. he was extremely hungry and sajit offered him sausages which he gobbled up well. the couple treated him to spiderman as i tried to keep my head in place after getting sloshed.
i did not go swimming either on sat or sunday. was with him all throughout. on saturday, i took him to SBI to pay my Income Tax chalan ,.... we had to walk a bit after parking our car on the road...so this boy asks me how far...i show him the logo and tell him see that? we gotta go there. he says: oh, the polo thing? ;)

he asked me who made him...i said "god" then immediately, he asked me "who made u" i said "maa-baba" so he said "did they have ur body parts!" i said "yes!"
he was making lovely inquiries about thammi and ma. :0 love him. told him i was loved a lot by thammi who would call me mona :) he seemed pleased

Tintin was more than happy that i didnt leave any HW for him. Although we did work on his PWs given by his teacher.
This morning, as I told him to do his HW (which i had prepared last night), he wasnt too amused. :) cute he is. love him

On a sunday, tintin woke me up at 630 am to play with him!!! so at that hour, despite extremely sleepy, i entertained him by playing board games, fist fight, and by allowing him to get drenched in rain. made him listen to do, re, mi....from the sound of music.
btw, while playing doctor doctor,  after a dental checkup, he says you have cavities !
then i complain doc stomach pain hai bohot. He says mujhe pata hai..,,pet me baccha hai!
 

He insists that i stay at home and not work. I tell him who will give me money? He says the bank machine! I tell him but i need to put money inside the bwnk. So he says then you should work in a bank!!!

today after he came back from school, he even let out a loud cry pleading me to stay put @ home which eventually i realised was so that he could take his car down!!! baba somehow helped. love tintin

Apsara pencils guys are doing a fab tvc.....tintin asks me why we dnt use afsana pencils......because that gives lovely handwriting!! Afsana pencils wonder what afsana they write :)

my son turned four yesterday. four years of motherhood :) loved every moment of the day, made kheer for him and organised a party for his friends, bought return gifts for his school mates.....12 kids came over for the party...tintin loved each moment of the celebration....they screamed, jumped around and had good khana. the best thing was he got his mcqueen cake. his long due present---- a BIG CAR --- he got from his father. ishi auntie and sajit uncle blessed with BULK HEAD figurine and his day was made! he kept kissing me at night after the celebrations. guess he was moved and realised the efforts put in to make things happen. we ended the day by having dinner @marriot with baba, ishi and sajit. :) smiles smiles and more smiles. earlier in the day i had accompanied him to his school to hand over gifts to his teacher to be given to his class mates. love him

swimmming

tintin accompanied me to the pool today....cried all the while since he wanted to be in the water with me...kept saying i want to climb on your back (taking leaf from the crocodile-monkey story we enact often)...anyways, post swimming, i treated him to a sandwich and then took him shopping for his classmates. on tuesday, handful of his friends will be taken to mcd's for a snack treat and later in the even, will go out with baba-sis-sajit-tintin for a GOOD dinner :) love him

poop @ school

he pooped at school today. hurray. first time :) dnno but somehow i knew. last nite he dnt eat properly and same this morning....so as i dressed him up for school,. told him that he should tell the teacher about the urge to shit and he did! khool

went to hamleys to get his iron man-car combo changed. tintin freaked out at the store as if he owned it...ran around like crazy socialised with everyone and then picked up what he primarily went there for...the iron man watch !!! :) love him

today he got his bday presents from me...took him to hamley's as he insisted that he wanted his gifts today
he got thomas engine battery-operated train set and iron man-car combo
while i got two tees and one lovely shorts. love him so much. he will complete 4 soon. wow. time flies, i feel blessed

he saw a very tiny one week baby this morning. he smiled and eventually did some dance to celebrate the coming of adventures of tintin :)

today tintin realised khushal means "happy"..he said name me khushal. because i am always happy. in fact there is someone in his school van, whose name is khushal. he also knows i have a friend by that name :) cute cute

pointing at superman's red chaddi on the tv last night, he said: see i told u he wears one. now get me one!

he cries in the mornings says he dsnt want to go to school. seems like either his classmate manan really punches him or his teacher scolds him. gotta findout soon

he says he dsnt like school and dsnt want to go....upon inquiring, tells me that his teacher scolds him :) 
i asked him why, he said cause he fights...there is this boy who PUNCHES him and tintin punches him back...wow...welcome to schools should i say :)
i told him this morning my teachers would also scold me at school and it is as normal...so that kind of comforted him

trying to convince him all these days about the waxy-non-sticky noodles, i thought I made my point....until last evening...he sees a TVC of frozen dessert, coaxes me to get him that. when i refuse, he asks me :does that too have wax! :) 

we went to a resort yesterday with my friends...esp for the splash. am glad the kids loved all the effort put in by us.
