i went to tintin's school and was assigned to share my poems with his classmates...he was super excited to see me but was wondering why isnt mama behaving like a momma :( cute it was love him will post pic (i suppose his school teacher clicked me while i was having FUN)

tintin besides an old engine dating back to pre-independence era at the ahmedabad railway station on sunday...as soon as we walked away from it, he thought the proposed/promised train ride was over...i had to assure him that the real train journey was awaiting ;) and he wasnt disappointed

tintin enjoyed his official train ride yesterday. we trio had early lunch, went to kalupur station, caughthold of a memu super fast passenger train and travelled till maninagar, sad part was just as tintin began enjoying the ride, it was time to get off :( he wasnt amused a bit and insisted that he wanted more train rides! the whole evening he kept insisting he wants to go back.....his expression changed dramatically the moment he realised the train began chugging (although on an electrical engine and not a steam engine which he often saw in thomas engine series or dumbo)....i loved every bit of the journey...tintin enjoyed snacking on the train, was warming up to his fellow passengers...two elderly women (one of them even blessed him handing a Rs 10 note after we got down)...and then waving bye to one and all as the train left the station..it was a 7-10 minute ride :( i wish we rode a bit far...may be till anand we will travel next time

we spent last evening at their place and tintin as usual was in great demand...had a tough time obliging everyone...
went to his school this morning for parent-teacher meet..we are told he is too obsessed with ben 10 (a habit we need to check), gets upset when scolded..else he is perfect. recognises alphabets, numbers, birds/animals, ...... so far so good touchwood
this morning i did his hair and told him that he looks cute now...immediately he messed up his hair and said "i dnt want to look cute" ;)

the other day after his shampoo session, i realised his hair looked great. TOUCHWOOD so i told him that he looks like a rockstar...suddenly, he broke into a song from the movie ROCKSTAR...saying sadda haq....blah blah blah and danced alongside! he is cute :)

tintin had his breakfast inside his "house" :) he has taken fondness to colouring FINALLY i can see...relief for me..he enjoys spreading out his colour books, laying hands on crayons and colouring....the other day, baba allowed him to spoil a table of his!!! with blue crayon and tintin simply enjoyed going about his job

last night he stuck some car/pooh stickers on the almirah...then he almost lapped up the idea of sparing some for baba's house...he enjoys teasing baba i understand

tintin is grown up....he dsnt put his hand inside my shirt while sleeping....i had reasoned with him that grown up boys dnt do that...that has worked..
yesterday, ishanee called him cutie over the phone, and he shot back "mujhe cutie kyon bola" (what he meant that he is a big boy now!!) LOL
we have been sleeping at baba's place since sunday. we went to chhatral on sunday with mala didi-dhrumil..while ojas and didi cleaned up the house, me-tintin-dhrumil played cricket in the courtyard until we all got drenched in sweat...had to rush back though as baba was sick....tintin has been patient with me and not bothering me or pestering me to make him sleep besides ojas on HIS bed...he however, has got his tent back to our place and hopefully, would have loads of fun to have his playhouse besides him all the time..love him

today was library session....both me and tintin enjoyed going through some 10 books. the best part however, was the fact that he could spot two helicopters that flew right above his school ;)

tintin tries to recognise alphabets and then says maa, dakho A for apple, B for ball...etc etc :)

i have some proof that he learns smthings in school:
pointing at a mosquito bite on his forehead, tintin told me last evening: maa dakho, amake forehead e mosha kamreche!
earlier, while playing wooden blocks, he pointed at a semi-circular block, and said see, this is a semi-circle!!!
;) am impressed to say the least

i took tintin to anand yesterday with baba and ojas...showed him my house for 26 years, the lawns i would play, the plants that baba planted, the park where i would visit every evening, the football/cricket ground where i would spend hours together watching baba play ...he was excited but the humid weather conditions made him tired...we went to dutta aunty's place, seems aunty's and met duti aunty .... will post pics soon

life is like that: my tablet greets me with a morning message: your coffee has been brewed a lot, kindly serve! (this happens when you allow your toddler to play with gadgets and let them download apps)!!!!!!!!!!
