tin had visitors last night. ishanee aunty and sajit uncle came to meet him...he played with them, and was glad that he could lay his hands on saj's blackberry cover :) he built some blocks with ishaneee and had a little icecream from sajit :)

tintin is at his nana's place since 20th. since nana has gone to rajasthan with nishir dadu and family, tintin is here, babysitting zombie. he loves playing with zom, takes zom's leash to him and asks zom to tie it on himself!! lol

tintin has started calling me MA or MUMMA.....it is sooo clear when he says it that it overwhelms me. last night while we were off to sleep, i was singing old mc'doland to him. almost like a lullaby. i was reminded of my thammi :( also, when dogs barked, he said MA.... i was so overwhelmed, i said yeah, kukus barking...bhow bhow!!! :)

forgot to mention that tintin is teething from the gums on the left side...i saw it when he was crying yesterday and eventually, i checked it physically this morning :)

tintin went with us for the navami puja...his dadu came along. we went to sandesh press and sola road ...dadu got lovely rosogollas and shingaras :) then, we came back home and participated in raas-garba. mom carried me on her shoulders and danced :) i was up till 3 am!!!!
on sunday, vijaydashami, tintin touched his dadu's feet, went with mom-damini aunty to the corporation garden for the evening walk and then at night, before mom realised, climbed the stairs aping somya didi!!!!

tintin offered anjali to goddess durga on asthomi. he went with me, his dada and daminiben. poor thing felt very hot wearing a full-sleeve shirt and was wailing during the puja :( i think the flower dona probably hurt him while it was being passed around among devotees. in the evening, he accompanied his mom and dadu to puja pandal, got home lovely biryani, spent lot of time with zombie, sleeping off before dad came and took us home. since he slept at 2 am, he got up at 11 am this morning!! i plan to take him to puja tonight.

tintin had the first puja bhog today. i collected him in between my work and we both had great great bhog..khichudi, chatni, bhalo allu-kumror torkari. aha! he also met vishal, his wife ipsa, his mom, tapash and goswamiji at the pandal. tin looked very smart in a red pullover. just that it is meant as a winter wear and poor thing must be feeling very hot

tintin did garba with me last night in the building premises. he looked damn cute clapping while in my arms. he was so excited that he crawled up to the main gate of the building. this morning, he went with me to the puja pandal. we went and bought sweets and then offered puja. we both were lucky to be able to sit just near the goddess who was being readied for the puja. then we went to dadu's place where tintin got a lovely pullover-jeans for himself :) i am to fast for the day, to survive on fruits. my son took cute bites of the apple that was kept next to my bag...:)

tintin climbed down the stairs and then crawled up last night...he was so happy crossing this milestone, he kept repeating it as we watched him wonder struck! he was pretty excited about his independence. he was actually keen to check out garba performers and hence, the initiative :) i am happy for him. i made palak paneer for him today :)

tintin spent a great sunday with meee at his nana's place. he played with zombie as much. went out for a stroll with his nana. this morning, since daminiben was to turn up late, he spent some good quality time with me again. also, in the morning, he spotted a butterfly and smiled. he loves it when i sing old mc'donald had a farm.....

tintin went out with me and ojas in the garden and walked a bit in the morning on the grass...he was amused to be left all alone on the lovely green "carpet"....although i was trying to make him play with the ball, he seemed more interested in the grass. he spotted some butterflies too :)

tintin had great time with his dad-mom. we took him out for a stroll last night after i reached home. he was amused to see so many hoardings lit up and so many cars on the road. we had soda while tintin was offered some nice mango drink by the shop guy. this morning, he had his routine vaccination, cried for 1 second and then he was ok. i also took him to an ortho to check why he is nt walking independently even as his peers are! nonetheless, doc said things are fine and he should walk soon. i took him to baba's place, fed him rice-egg-butter and then put him to sleep once we were back at our place.

forgot to mention....tintin messed with my food that was pretty hot n spicy despite me asking him not to. eventually, he took his hands on his eyes and wailed away to glory. i washed his face while comforting him and telling him why it happened. when he calmed down, he sat like a good boy and waited for me to finish my dinner and not even once touched my plate again

tintin had peed on the bed last night. poor thing was sleeping on it until i felt him....then even as he slept tight, i changed his clothes, gave him a kiss on his forehead and went off to sleep again..yawn yawn...

tintin walked some good 5-10 steps yesterday and clapped as others clapped to cheer him up :) i was almost teary eyed when he walked up to me...so sweet. i went to sarla nursing home to meet bakul's son. it was nostalgic. last year, i was there, a new mommy, holding her tintin in her arms

tintin and momma were together at dadu's place since saturday evening since he had to leave on sunday morning for surat to meet mamu. while we had more or less a great day, just being with each other, i goofed up while feeding him lunch. while i had made good chicken curry for him, i dnt realise i had given him a BONE piece...it was a tiny one that almost got stuck in his throat...he almost chocked and coughed and had tears in his eyes. he closed his right ears tight and said MAAA..i got so scared that i kept the plate on the table and then hit his back....it was then that i saw the bone!!! gawd, i am so lousy. i said sorry to tintin sooo many times....:(

tintin had his milk in a regular steel glass :) yesterday we bought him a sipper. he had water in it this morning. he had slept last night by the time i reached home. so he slept from 9 pm to 7 am this morning. :)

last night, i was trying to amuse tintin by playing with a toy of his. ojas joined me and eventually, we both started playing with tin;s toy. also, i started singing a "ek titli, anek titaliyan.."...and ojas joined yet again. tintin looked at us amazed...eventually, me and ojas laughed considering we were behaving like tintin while he was supervising us. :)
he spoke to me for good 5-10 minutes today when i called home. he was sooooo cool and comfortable talking over the phone
