tintin fell down yet again, this time from his walker as he struggled to get out of our room .. his wheels got stuck in the door and he fell. poor boy got a bump on his forehead, the left side and cried a lot. i applied some ice and that worked...growing up is tough, he knows.

tintin got his measles and chicken pox shots this morning. poor baby cried soo much because the doc's assistant just dumped him on the examination table..i dint like the way she handled him but i dnt protest either!!! i should have i think. without familiaring themselves with the child they just poke a needle in him. tin cried but then i took care of him almost in no time. he is fine..i just learnt, had called home to check.

tintin's aunt and uncle (ishanee and sajit) got married, tintin was unwell (his ear infection was no better) and had to be taken to an ENT surgeon much to my horror. but things turned out good. no major problem but had some fungal infection there. he is better now with medication.
tintin wore dhoti-kurta for the marriage, behave very very well despite being a little unwell, he also got a monkey plaything from ishanee's brother neel :) he wasnt much interested in that though and remained confined to his papa's godi. next day, he dressed up for the reception at patang. :) he is much better now. spent the sunday at his nana's place. shat four times @#$%^&* gawd.........hahah .... had mango, pear, banana and mausombi :)

took tintin for ear checkup to the same building in vastrapur (millenium plaza) where we got married in 2007. since his doc jayant shah is not in town, we took him to tender touch hospital..the poor thing cried sooo much..despite the doc doing nothing to him..he merely checked his ears and prescribed drops to clear the wax and said tin was fine, tintin was unconsolable :) ..hehe

tintin's momma is so silly...she actually put his two legs in one side of his denim!!! lol noticed it only when it was too late (when he was in the autorickshaw coming back to his place from his nana's place on sunday evening :))))

forgot to mention, tintin's first birthday was celebrated officially with family and friends at hotel excite bite..the same venue where tin's mom-dad heldtheir marriage reception :).
these days tintin's new found love is his swing...thanks to ishaneeaunti and sajituncle.
this morning he saw his dad model for his potty!!!ojas actually sat on tintin's potty to encourage him to sit there ... he looked pretty funny there yet couldnt convince tintin to sit and shit there ;) lol.
tintin met his elder brother sagnik yesterday and i realised that my sonnie is a pretty cool kid. raju's son is one hell of a boy..very naughty, just like his dad. tintin had no problems even as sagnik played with his toy and mouthed almost all of them, he also went to his mama and maami..that was pretty cool.

tintin's teething process continues...now he has two more on the upper gums...looks pretty cool :) will post pics soon

tintin turned one year old yesterday. both me and ojas had taken day off from work to be with our boy. the day began as usual but with loads of kisses for my child from me :) i was too nostalgic and overwhelmed to do anything....got kheer made for him but he had none!!! okies, he got his gifts, a soft toy doggie ZOMBU, 2 pairs of shirt-pant, (denim ;)), two toys from dadai...one of alphabets and second of building blocks :) he was happy but more interested in the silver wrapper papers ... he looks damn fab in those clothes. looked big. cut two cakes in the day..one athome and the other one in the hotel during the evening get together. he got one swing frmo ishanee aunty-sajit uncle, one gold pendant from harshida maasi and her kids, one toy frmo shilpa maasi, tricycle and shirt from sonal didi. even his new babysittter daminiben got a NOISY telephone for him. she even got drenched .. poor woman. but she wanted to be part of the celebrations. tintin somehow could make out that eveything that was happening yesterday was to do with him and that made him happy.

am too overwhelmed...time flies ...want my tintin to be as small as he was!!!!!!!! soon he will grow up to be a big boy, shying away when cuddled :)

my sonnie will turn a year old tomorrow ... am pretty excited about it. have bought him a "potty" that could be fixed on the english toilet seat, soft toy doggy, and a shirt-pant set ;) am very excited. i love my son and have no words to explain how i feel today about having mothered him....it is a bliss indeed

i figured out recently--it doesnt matter to tintin (or to any other child am sure) whether his mommie looks good-bad, is with make up or without it, is black-white, ...he just loves to coze up to her anytime, anywhere. that is such a blessing. all along when we all try to be our best (the best look i mean) for the world, for the child it means nothing!!!! :) so cute

tin had fever this morning. actually, since last some days (ever since we came back from udaipur to be precise), he had been putting his hands on his ears (as if trying to block something...) never realised he got an infection either due to water (during his bath) or AC ... we would keep the ac at full blast and he was the first one to face the chill from the ac!!! he was very irritable this morning somehow i put him to sleep...when he got up at 8, i realised he was still warm...checked the temperature to know that he was HOT at 100.9!!!! so he went to the doc, poor chap cried a lot, is on medication now. put him to sleep and came to work, intend to finish work fast and reach home to my baby

tintin babu pooped on me this morning...he was on my lap without his shorts (since he had peed on them)...had no choice but let him empty his bowel on me :) then colelcted everybit of it in a polybag and then cleaned him up.
it is india bandh today...bjp's call against fuel price hike, all shops closed. went to dad's place to collect my sonnie's apples and mausumbies....:)

as i was busy arranging the room (at palak centre), tintin managed to fall off the bed. actually he was trying to grab something that was on the brink ... sonnie fell down even as i screeaaammmeed out his name and fell on the ground but not before gotten hit on the head by the TV stand...anyways, he cried out loud ....
having learnt the basics of emergency care, i rushed to get ice cubes and applied it on him... incidentally, it rained for the first time in ahmedabad REALLY HEAVILY.....tin was quiet in sometime..but chap slept not before 12.30 am!!!
